Our founder has a long history in Tech, Digital & IT. After working with staffing companies for years, he saw a disturbing pattern. Companies received vague job requirements without a real understanding of the actual role, then threw candidates over the fence, so to speak. Most of those candidates weren't right for the job, but as long as the staffing company was sending them leads, they believed their job was done.
