Why We Do It
Our founder has a long history in Tech & IT. After working with staffing companies for years, he saw a disturbing pattern. Companies received vague job requirements without a real understanding of the actual role, then threw candidates over the fence, so to speak. Most of those candidates weren’t right for the job, but as long as the staffing company was sending them leads, they believed their job was done.
Zilker Partners was founded specifically to change the industry from highly impersonal to refreshingly intimate. With a philosophy based on relationships, Zilker Partners was born. To us, recruiting isn’t about sending the most candidates, it’s about sending the right ones.
We are in this business to match talent with needs. We want to save our clients and our candidates time, cost and frustration. Hiring the wrong person is expensive.
