Zilker Partners is looking for a seasoned Account Executive who has experience selling IT Staffing and/or Consulting services in Austin, Texas. This is a HUNTING (Business Development) role where the person will look to find new business and grow their existing portfolio once established. We are looking for people that are driven by commissions. This role will offer a base salary plus an unlimited and uncapped commission structure.  The role is consultative in nature and works to help identify needs and implement solutions. This person will work alongside a team of recruiters that will fill the open roles. This person knows how to establish client relationships, partnerships, and operations.

The Account Executive will maintain a close working relationship with key client executives, managers and strategic partners to understand delivery issues, address concerns and maintain customer client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in selling and delivering IT or other staffing services to organizations

  • Technical Recruiting will be considered if no staffing sales experience

  • Previous experience collaborating with team members to achieve a shared goal

  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets

  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
