We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Austin, TX. to help provide top-notch technical support to our ever-growing customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, Eloqua or Marketo along with excellent communication skills.
- Assist customers/clients in custom configuration of products.
- Respond to client emails/ phone calls.
- Interfacing with clients and participate in video conferencing.
- Work with the Support Team lead to ensure clients issues and concerns are handled properly and efficiently.
- Help clients understand products and use cases for each.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least one year of experience with one of the following: Salesforce, Eloqua or Marketo.
- Advanced SQL skills
- Customer/Client interfacing.
- Experience in a customer/client support role.
- Basic knowledge of screen sharing tools like Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting.
