With an effort to elevate their brand communications and revenue operations, our client is hiring a Demand Generation Manager.  This is a lead role in planning and executing paid media and performance marketing programs, converting audiences at every stage of the funnel through search, paid social, programmatic and other paid media channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a global wellness brand
  • Build an internal agency to support 70+ locations with rapid growth targets
  • Player-coach, a forward-thinking strategist and a skilled executor that will help to create the Demand Generation practice
  • Building an internal agency that currently supports over 65 locations, growing to 100 locations by the end of the year and to 500 locations by end of 2024

Required Skills & Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Austin based position (not remote)
  • 6+ years of experience managing paid & performance marketing programs
  • Expert in Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs, Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools like Looker and Data Studio
  • Demonstrable experience building paid media and performance marketing programs, ensuring that the team has processes that are reliable, consistent and repeatable, following industry best-practices. This includes outlining scalable processes as it relates to the following at a system-wide level, and at an individual retail location level:
    • Data integration across martech and media platforms like, Facebook, Google Ads, our website, GA, Salesforce, Looker, etc.
    • Consistently effective audience targeting and lead generation
    • Media budgeting and management
    • Automated campaign reporting
    • Experiment and optimization roadmap
  • Provide a portfolio of high impact consumer communications that has a lens of storytelling and a mind for driving audiences through a journey
  • Provide an example experiment and optimization roadmap that improved brand engagement and conversions, including A/B testing, and launching new channels and campaign types
  • Provide examples of high-quality paid media/performance marketing deliverables such as strategy presentations and reporting
  • Understand the partnership between paid media/performance marketing and other disciplines and channels, including creative and content, marketing ops, the website and mobile apps
  • Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, and a client-facing confidence that advances dialogue, sells ideas and creates strong agency-client relationships
  • Extremely strong team player who can manage multiple clients, projects and priorities
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
